Yes. We’re a licensed and bonded general contractor and licensed builder.
No. We don’t directly finance projects ourselves.
For smaller jobs, we keep it simple — typically 50% at signing and 50% at completion.
Once your estimate is approved, our typical lead time is just 1–2 weeks.

Most major projects — like additions, structural changes, and anything involving electrical, plumbing, or HVAC — require a building permit.

It depends on the scope of work. For large-scale projects like a full home renovation or a full second-floor addition, living in the home during construction usually isn’t possible.

We do our best to limit change orders, but the bigger the project, the more likely they are.

Yes. All of our work is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty starting from the date of substantial completion.
