Yes. We’re a licensed and bonded general contractor and licensed builder.

No, we don’t directly finance projects. But we are happy to point you towards construction loans or home equity options. We will also provide documentation to support the process.

Smaller projects are 50% at signing and 50% at completion. On larger projects, we structure payments around defined milestones. Most importantly, all agreements are in writing, and you can expect prompt communication at every step after the deposit.

Our typical lead time is 1-2 weeks after estimate approval. Project duration depends on the scope. We will provide a realistic timeline upfront. And if that timeline changes, you will hear from us before it happens.

Most major work, such as home additions, structural changes, electricals, plumbing, and HVAC, requires a building permit in New Jersey. Fortunately, we handle permit applications and schedule all required inspections.

For smaller projects, such as a kitchen remodel, basement finishing project, interior trim work, or painting, it is often possible to remain in your home during construction. However, for larger projects like a whole-home renovation, second-story addition, or complete gut renovation, temporary relocation is typically necessary to ensure safety, comfort, and efficient project completion.

On bigger projects, unexpected conditions are a real possibility, such as hidden moisture, old wiring, or subfloor issues. We limit change orders and identify risks upfront. If something comes up during construction, we will document and walk you through the best path forward before any decisions are made.

Yes, all of our work is backed by a one-year workmanship warranty starting from the date of substantial completion.
